Can I change my reservation?

Up to 7 days before arrival it is possible to change your reservation free of charge.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Please email  info@bbeigenheimer.nl,at least 7 days before your arrival or call us at +31 (0)6 188 939 20.

What happens in case of cancellation?

If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before arrival, we will refund the full amount to your account.

If you cancel between 6 and 2 days before arrival, we will refund 75% of the total amount to your account.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before arrival, we will refund 50% of the total amount to your account.

Will I get a full refund if I cancel?

Only if you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before arrival will you receive a full refund to your account.

What happens if a guest damages something?

We assume that things occasionally break by accident. If something breaks in your room or in the other rooms of the Bed & Breakfast, please report it to us immediately. We take human errors and accidents into account and will always try to solve any damage together in a reasonable way.

Deliberate damage is of course entirely the responsibility of the person who caused it.
