We have renovated and created our Eigenheimer Bed & Breakfast in Simpelveld with great passion and care. We value our Bed & Breakfast and are therefore very careful with it. We would appreciate it if you, as our guest, would respect our general conditions and house rules.

Eigenheimer Bed & Breakfast House Rules

1. Pets are not allowed.
2. Noise inside and around Eigenheimer Bed & Breakfast will not be tolerated.
3. If you want to smoke, you can only do so outside. Smoking is not allowed inside Eigenheimer Bed & Breakfast.
4. Handle belongings and materials with care.
5. Keep your room and all common areas clean and tidy.
6. Guests must immediately report any damage to or loss of movable or immovable property in and around our accommodation. If necessary or desirable, we will ask you to compensate for any damage.
7. We are not liable for damage, loss or theft of your belongings during your stay at Eigenheimer Bed & Breakfast.
8. In case of violation of the above house rules, failure to follow instructions and/or inappropriate behavior, we are entitled to deny our guests access to our accommodation immediately, without further notice or explanation and without refund of the costs of your stay.
9. Reservations can be made from 18 years of age and older. Please make sure that you fill in your contact information correctly. Reservations that do not meet these requirements are invalid.

Bed & Breakfast

The Eigenheimer breakfast is served every morning from 8.00 to 10.30 am in the breakfast room on the first floor. Coffee and tea are included.

During the day, coffee, tea and various soft drinks are available for a fee.

The prices for one of our double rooms include breakfast.

The prices for our apartment do not include breakfast.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is possible on the day of arrival from 3 pm onwards. Check out on the day of departure is possible until 12.00 hours. In consultation an adjusted time for check-in and check-out is possible. Eigenheimer Bed & Breakfast remains accessible 24 hours a day during your stay.

Cancellations

If you are unable to comply with the reservation agreement due to circumstances, please report this as soon as possible, so that we can offer the room to others on the vacated date.

In case of cancellation of a stay in our bed & breakfast the following fees apply:

1. If you cancel your reservation (more than) 7 days before the arrival date, the cancellation is free of charge. We will then refund the full amount to your account.
2. If you cancel within 2 to 6 days before the arrival date, we have to charge 25% of the total amount.
3. For cancellations within 24 hours before the arrival date we have to charge 50% of the total amount.
